In recent years, the civil aviation sector—which has gained international significance—has also been gaining momentum in our country. The sector’s development has made significant strides in terms of the growth of airlines, passenger numbers, and the expansion of flight destinations. This growth in the sector, coupled with an increasingly competitive environment, is driving a growing need for mid-level staff with top-tier operational skills. The goal of the Civil Aviation and Cabin Services Program is to train personnel who are team-oriented, disciplined, solution-focused in customer relations, and possess effective communication skills—all to meet the growing staffing needs of the civil aviation sector.
